Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. English-speaking receptionists. Nice concept of all inclusive near the beach. Comfortable and clean bed mattresses. Excellent and well-cared-for breakfast. Good selection of food options. Enjoyable coffee from the machines. Grill served by the pool bar. Reasonable destination for low budget travelers.

Nothing is perfect.

The food was good and in such diversity. I liked in particular the grill and the wine. It was some animation for the kids, but not in every evening. The bar from the pools was ok. The pool for the kids was clean enought.The internet connection was good enought and we didn't had any problems with the parking space.

The distance from the beach (aprox. 20 min walking in full sun, including stairs). On the beach we had to pay for everything except the sunbeds and umbrela. The all-inclusive concept didn't included services on the beach. Our room was with the balcony to the restaurant terase, the grill and the children's playground and all the time was a lot of noise. We didn't slept because of the noise and sometimes the smell and smoke from the grill was very unpleasant.

A very welcoming hotel, clean, comfortable, excellent food and service with a great selection. Caters for all groups comfortably.

Als ervaren zakelijke reizigers verbleven we voor een langere periode in een hotel in de buurt van een prachtig paleis en het stadscentrum. Helaas voldeed de kwaliteit van de kamer niet aan onze verwachtingen. We kregen een kamer toegewezen op de onderste verdieping met uitzicht op een uitrit. Natuurlijk hing er een vreemde lucht en konden de ramen niet open. De meubels waren van ondermaatse kwaliteit, er waren kapotte nachtkastjes en lampjes. Ondanks deze teleurstellingen moeten we wel vermelden dat het ontbijt uitstekend was en de locatie geweldig. We hadden graag langer willen blijven, maar door omstandigheden moesten we vroeg uitchecken.

Het hotel was gelegen boven het restaurant en naast de achtertuin, waardoor het soms wat rumoerig kon zijn.

The pools, and the food was varied

The beach was at the end of the world, of Albena, at more than 1 km and disappointing compared to nearby beaches of other hotels. And a lot of stairs if you have a toddler to carry around

I had a great time at this hotel, which offers excellent value for the money. The hotel is located in a beautiful park area, providing a tranquil setting for a relaxing vacation. The rooms were basic but clean, with generous terraces that offer a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast was a standout, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right.

All was satisfactory throughout my stay.

We had an all inclusive stay and I did not find anything that I could complain about. I enjoyed very much the amazing pool with clean water.The rooms and the bathrooms were clean and the food various enough to satisfy all the requests. This is not a recommended location for those who don't like walking, because the hotel is quite far from the beach, but for us this was a real pleasure.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Albena that offered fantastic value for money. The hotel is located in a beautiful park area, giving it a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The basic amenities provided were clean and well-maintained, and my room even had a generous terrace where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. One detail that stood out to me was the attention to detail throughout the hotel, showing that they truly care about providing a great experience for their guests.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

A comfortable hotel with good although basic facilities and friendly staff. All-inclusive deal is excellent value for money, food is very good, big choice, well cooked, always plenty available and lots of fresh fruit. Room was good size with small balcony, very clean, with air con. very pleasant park surroundind hotel, good sized swimming pool for swimmers (depths from 1.70 to 2.00 metres) plus great childrens pool. Excellent sandy beach. Perfect place for family holiday

The distance to the beach was about 400 metres as described in hotel info but what was not mentioned that this included 165 steps back up from the beach to the hotel. Good exercise but not good for physically challenged.

not cleaned roof for welcome! unpolite stuff in the resturant! unpleasant room location! no minibar or cooler!

The area around the hotel is quite nice, with a park nearby and stairs leading down to the beach. the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and well-maintained. the bed linens were clean and free of stains, and the mattresses seemed new.

The staff seemed understaffed, and there were issues with the service.

Beautiful, green areas, clean pool, plenty of fruit for lunch and dinner, free internet access in the lobby bar. Low price compared to other hotels

The main drawback - the total audibility adjoining rooms: one night we could not sleep because of noisy neighbors, the same day - it was impossible to rest, constantly running down the hall and the children were screaming. Also there were too many people in the restaurant, the constant line, the noise and bustle in the restaurant prevented our rest. Beach hotel, even though he was at the end of Albena, but it was nice-walk from the hotel to the beach, just a pity that the beach was not beach-bar

The room was clean, the furniture were new, the balcony door had mosquito net, the hotel was placed in a green area covered with trees, the swimming pool.

The distance from the beach. At the lunch time there were too many people in the restaurant and we standed in a queue about 30 or 45 minutes. The food was ok, but not erery time; the baby food was disgusting. The employees at the reception are careless (they forgot to retur our passports when we left the hotel).
